1. Partner Roles and Responsibilities

Rellancer Software Solution Pvt. Ltd. works with three tiers of partners:

  • Star Partner
  • Associate Partner
  • Financial Information: Bank account details for payment processing.
  • Sub-associate Partner

Each partner’s responsibility is to onboard merchants through our platform by collecting the required business information and submitting it online.

  • Star Partners are added by the company’s admin.
  • Star Partners can create Associate Partners.
  • Associate Partners can create Sub-associate Partners. Each level of partner creation requires collection of specific personal data.

2. Information We Collect

To create a partner account and onboard merchants, we collect the following personal information from partners:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Mobile Number (OTP verified)
  • Aadhaar Card Details
  • PAN Card Details
  • Bank Account Details (after login credentials are issued)

We also collect metadata such as IP address, device information, and time of access for security and audit purposes.

  • To create and manage partner accounts
  • To verify identity and ensure secure access (via OTP verification)
